# Softdocs Partners With California Community Colleges to Provide Document Management and Process Automation to Colleges Across the State

 Columbia, SC, August 8 —

Softdocs, the leading process automation and document management solutions provider for educational institutions, has entered into a partnership with the Foundation for California Community Colleges CollegeBuys program to help modernize on-campus operations for the 116 community colleges. With this partnership, schools across California, including the California Community Colleges, the University of California system, and the California State University system, as well as private institutions and K-12 districts within the state, will have access to Softdocs’ suite of solutions through CollegeBuys, which serves as an institutional purchasing program. The Softdocs suite includes document management, online forms, workflow automation, eSignatures, and integrations to core systems on campus.

“We’re excited about the partnership with the Foundation for California Community Colleges,” said Adam Park, CEO of Softdocs. “This partnership demonstrates a commitment to building connected campuses and removing the inefficiencies that keep staff from focusing on what’s most important – student success. We already partner with many schools across California, and this partnership expands our commitment to supporting efforts to modernize campus operations everywhere.”

In a climate where colleges are facing challenges due to staff shortages while simultaneously increasing their commitment to improving student success, Softdocs’ focus and experience in the education sector have helped achieve tremendous growth. “We’re proud to help our partner schools do more with less and we’re continuing to make deep investments in overall customer service and in our aggressive product roadmap. We care deeply about the overall impact that community colleges have and are grateful for the opportunity to partner with and support California’s community colleges,” said Park.

Campuses interested in learning more about Softdocs and the CollegeBuys agreement can email CCC@softdocs.com.
