The institution will be among the first to implement Softdocs’ new Intelligent Transcript Processing (ITP), an application powered by generative AI that extracts data from transcripts, validates it, and delivers it in a standardized format directly into the system of record. Columbia College will also integrate with Ellucian Ethos to keep student and administrative systems closely aligned.
