In alignment with Softdocs’ focus on customer success, the company hosted its popular annual user conference, Bridge, in New Orleans, LA after a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event, which went from July 28 through July 31, 2024, drew 300 attendees and included three days of sessions that offered Softdocs customers and partners an opportunity to hear from executive leadership, product and process experts, and thought leaders across the public sector in more than 50 sessions and panel discussions.

The theme of the conference, The Process Automation Summit, reflected the current needs across the public sector for innovation and efficiency Softdocs, whose vision is to enable the public sector to successfully execute their missions, provided a setting for attendees to experience the latest in process automation and document management, learn best practices and network with peers, and see firsthand what Softdocs is newly releasing to the market in document management, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

New Product Announcements

The company’s investments in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence were on full display at Bridge. Steve Johnston, Softdocs Chief Operating Officer, and Scott Craig, Softdocs Chief Product and Strategy Officer, provided live demos of new products and features, including no-code forms, intelligent document capture and processing, and several new security certifications and features designed to advance student success in education and digital services in government. Collectively, these new product announcements address the markets’ needs to do more with less, while strengthening cybersecurity resilience and future-proofing tech stacks.

Attendees showed excitement about the new products and improvements. In a post-conference survey, attendees rated the event 4.9 out of 5, and 96 percent of attendees indicated that they plan to return to Bridge next year. Softdocs clients called out the Softdocs team, the breadth and depth of sessions and content, and the overall conference experience as major reasons why they plan to attend Bridge 25 in Nashville next July.

Expanding and Accelerating Value

Bridge also featured a Discovery Hall, where customers could set appointments or drop in to learn new ways they can capitalize on their investment in eForms, workflows, e-signatures, and document management.
