The university chose the full Etrieve platform to replace legacy systems Perceptive Content and Docusign. This decision consolidates document management, forms, workflow automation, and eSignatures into a secure, integrated environment to establish a consistent approach for managing critical administrative processes.
Assumption will begin implementation within the Financial Aid office, where accuracy and timely service matter for the student experience and compliance matters for institutional accountability. Once live, the university plans to integrate Etrieve with Ellucian Colleague and extend the platform across campus, including Human Resources, where Etrieve will also integrate with Paylocity.
