Within both higher education and K-12, there are a multitude of processes that require documents to be signed by students, parents, and staff. In most cases, you must now be able to gain those signatures digitally — often adding another burden to a budget that is already stretched and additional time you simply don’t have.
As institutions increasingly take documents and other processes digital, they must maintain compliance with the various laws and regulations surrounding the use of electronic records and signatures. This session will cover some of the basic requirements that institutions must meet, as well as a brief introduction to how some process automation solutions can cost-effectively satisfy these requirements— while also providing the efficiencies available through electronic forms and automated workflow.
